While price depends on theme, gift add-ons and size of the box you choose, it typically ranges from $25 to $50 + shipping.

At this time, we are unable to offer international shipping.

Yes! We absolutely can ship to APO addresses. On occasion, our packages have gotten held up at the army post office. We recommend inquiring about your package directly with the post office if this happens.

Typically, our snack boxes ship in 3-4 days. However, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, please note there may be unexpected delays in shipping that are out of our control.

Yes! You can find this function just before checkout, by clicking the "Ship to Multiple Addresses" checkbox located at the top left corner of the cart page. Please give the cart page a few seconds to load and the checkbox will appear. This feature is highly useful for sending multiple snack boxes as gifts.

Located on the cart page, just before checking out, click the checkbox titled “Is this a Gift?”.

Troubleshooting

We apologize for the inconvenience. This snack may still be part of our collection, but is likely out of stock until we replenish when we receive our next delivery. That should be soon, within a couple of weeks. If you’d like to inquire further, please email your question to express@smartboxcompany.com

We apologize your order did not arrive in perfect condition, thank you for bringing this to our attention! We’d love to make this right ASAP. Please send over your name and order number or the associated email address. We will submit a refund as that is the quickest way to handle this, or we will send you the missing snacks upon further inquiry.

If the person who sent you the box did not include a card or indicate during checkout that it was a gift, we can look up via the Order Number on the packing slip. If you don’t have the packing slip, we can look up the order via delivery address. Please email your request to express@smartboxcompany.com

At SmartBox, we focus on selecting snacks with high-quality, all-natural ingredients. We don’t have a specific focus on where our snack products come from, but most are manufactured in the U.S. Some products are headquartered or original overseas.

Hi there! Yes of course. We have a Gluten-Free themed snack box, or you can shop our Gluten Free snack collection and hand-select each snack that goes in your box. Every snack on our website shows an ingredients label as well!

This is a great idea! At this time there is no themed box or collection specific to nut-free items. However, several of our individual snacks are indeed nut-free. Every snack on our website shows an ingredients label as well!

Hi there! This is a great idea. We will definitely be expanding our future selections to include low-sugar themed boxes! In the meantime, if you'd like to ensure low or no-sugar options in your box, you can use our Build Your Own box feature located here: https://smartbox-express.com/.../build-your-own-subscription.

Currently, we do not have specific allergen-free themed boxes. We do intend to offer this in the near future! For now, the best way to ensure an allergen-free order is to shop individual snack collections. We include the nutrition label and ingredient list for each snack on our online store for this purpose.

Customizations & Subscriptions

• Subscribe to themed snack boxes by selecting “Subscribe & Save” before adding the product to your cart.
• Subscribe to individual snacks boxes by selecting “Subscribe & Save” before adding the product to your cart.
• Use the Build your Own Snack Kit feature and select at least 8 total items.

Log in to your account, and when browsing, use the “Add to my Existing Subscription” button located by each product (no checkout required!)

While themed boxes cannot be customized, you can shop individual items collections and build your own custom snack order. You can also subscribe to individual snacks, and add more to your existing subscription(s), all while skipping checkout! That is the best way to subscribe to a custom selection of your snacks. You can also use the Build Your Own Snack Kit subscription service for re-occurring deliveries. It is fast and best-seller based. The contents can be edited over time, and you can always edit between orders!

Login to your account >> click Manage Subscriptions >> View Details >> scroll to the bottom and select Cancel Subscription. We’re sorry to see you go. Remember you can pause your subscription and no further charges will be incurred, you can easily reactivate whenever.
